Zune is a lemon and I want my money back!!!

My wife’s Zune had been failing for several months (it has the latest software version), it works for two or three days and then, with sufficient battery, stops working, the screen turns black and didn’t respond to any action. We had to wait for two or three days until the battery drains, and after charging again the Zune works, but after some days happens the same history, the Zune stop working.

That’s why I bought my wife a new 2^nd gen iPod Touch, I already had one for months and never fails, she is happy synchronizing her songs and photos. With the 3.0 software that includes Bluetooth it's a wonderfull gadget!

I bought my ZUNE in USA but I don’t live there; I don’t think it’s possible to get my money back L

I think thats where problem arises, Apple has definitely an edge over music player than Microsoft and much more used by people. iPod is great for music lovers and their iPod Touch seems great. If you had been in USA, you could go to Microsoft and ask to get it fixed, I think problems are with Apple products as well but they get fixed quickly because of their Support Centers.
